Fiber Arts Friday: A Quick Baby Hat

I whipped up a baby hat on Saturday.

Seriously, I started and finished on the same day.  I think that's a first for me.

It's small.  It's cute.  It's soft.  I guess I'm getting excited for that nephew to show up.

Please head over to Wisdom Begins in Wonder, because it's Fiber Arts Friday.  :-)

Great hat!

What fiber is that--I love the sheen!

It's adorable!

Don't you love that sense of accomplishment. I have to admit, I pick a lot of my hat patterns because they are quick and I feel like a rock star knitter when they are done.

Cute, that will be cozy and warm for a wee little noggin!

Thanks everyone. :-)

The yarn is a blend of Merino, Alpaca and Silk. The blend is called Sulka from Mirasol Peru.

It's so soft and squishy. I will have to get more since I just love this yarn. :-)

I love the shine of the yarn you made that little hat with. It is adorable. And I agree that Catfish Hunter would be required decor for a cabin...however, it would have to be a very tall cabin as that fish was about 25 ft tall, LOL Happy Fiber Arts Friday!

So cute! Love the pom on top. Gotta love baby knits for their relatively instant gratification :-)
