Fiber Arts Friday: Spinning Green Cotton

I am currently spinning Naturally Colored (green, although it looks sort of yellow in the photo) Cotton.  It is going slowly...

But I enjoy spinning cotton.

Happy Fiber Arts Friday!

I've heard cotton is difficult to spin; is it?

I generally don't like knitting with cotton. But spinning cotton...hum...might be worth a try someday.

That bobbin looks beautiful. I haven't tried cotton. Everyone who knows me and how I spin said that I should wait. Is that good or bad?

I don't know if it was the cotton I was spinning but I hated cotton.

I've never seen naturally green cotton, can't wait to see the finished yarn. I have yet to spin cotton successfully, something to work on!

oh please, when you finish, will you post about it again. I would love to see the finished yarn as well as hear how you liked it. It looks beautiful so far!

I always like pictures of fiber spun onto a bobbin. I admire you for sinning cotton. I imagine that it is difficult, is that true?
