I hope to give you a final view next week. Don't hold your breath though, because I haven't met any goals related to time or duration on this project what so ever.
Today is Earth Day and Good Friday as well as Fiber Arts Friday. That's a trifecta of awesome. I hope you have a great day and I hope you spend some of your day checking in on the other Fiberistas. :-)

When I have to rip I tell myself it's extra time to enjoy the yarn. Your project is looking very pretty, I'm sure you'll enjoy it even more when it's done!

Will the project work to finish in a coordinating color? I hate when you run out...that's the major drawback of handspun.

Running out of yarn is the worst - annoying at best, and at it's worst, it's yarn you can't just buy more of. Bummer. But it looks like it's holding up to ripping and re-knitting, which is always a good thing.

@Vivian - I like the idea of spending more time with the yarn. That definately makes it less painful. :-)

@WWG - I am using thinner sections of yarn from the first skein to finish this project and I am believing that all will be well. :-)
The yarn is luscious. I'm glad you didn't give io on it.
You asked on my blog about the freezer paper... It's a white paper with a plastic coating on one side. People used to use it to wrapmmeat for the freezer, but it's also popular with quilters because it can be used for cutting out template shapes, etc. When ironed, the plastic side sticks to fabric temporarily, kind of like post-it notes to paper.
