but the trough wood has tasty Alpaca grime on it mom!
We used firewood with Apollo, it was incredibly effective at keeping our wooden furniture less chewed! Course, now he'll randomly decide he wants something to knaw on and tear apart the wood pile looking for the right piece......
My husband and I returned to Colorado in 2009 to live a simpler life.
Right now the goal of simple means we are busy. Busy fixing up our farm, raising Alpacas and Tibetan Mastiffs, racing wheelchairs, building flying objects, Alpacamundo, and Colorado Tibetan Mastiffs.
This blog is about these and the other things going on in my head. I hope you find it interesting, useful and inspiring.

@Ruth - that's hilarious... or maybe not, if you have to re-stack the firewood often. ;-)
@ChrisKnits - Mochi just made herself comfortable laying across the trough and chewing on the far side.
Ok, too funny! You've got quite the animal round-up over there, Kathryn. :)
