So far it's also been really easy to pick up and put down. Just the sort of thing I need right now. :-)
I hope you are enjoying your Fiber Arts Friday. Be sure to head over to Wisdom Begins in Wonder to see what the others have been up to as well. :-)
What a wonderful color, Kathryn! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are enjoying Wingspan so far!
ReplyDeleteJust read your post below about your friend's airplane jewelry, wow! those are super cool!
Well, it's not like you don't always have a few other things on your plate. :)
ReplyDeleteThe wingspan will come along nicely.
It is a lovely colour. I need to pick out a project for taking to knit nights and waiting places- I need something nice and simple, have tried complicated things and it just doesn't work :)
ReplyDeleteI might look at the wingspan pattern ... everyone seems to be doing it! I feel left out!
ReplyDeletehmmm, maybe I need a wingspan for my travel project. I just haven't felt the need to knit? Vivian's looked so beautiful. Grrrr, I love the color affection too. Too many things I want to knit but no mojo to do it.
ReplyDeleteLooking good but how can you go wrong with green?
ReplyDelete@Alittlebitsheepish - you're right, complicated things don't work well for Knit Night or waiting.
ReplyDelete@WWG - speaking as someone who's recently regained her Mojo, I suggest just letting it be. It will come back.
@Melissa - you are so right... green is the best. I am loving this color and it's subtle changes.
I have had Wingspan in my queue on Ravelry for awhile now but still haven't cast on. I'm designing a new little newborn hat for my daughters photography at the moment and that's keeping me busy. Love the colour you chose.
ReplyDeleteThose 'take along for waiting' projects are the best. It's amazing how much can get done in shart bursts of time.
ReplyDeleteI like that yarn you're using for the Wingspan. I really like that pattern for travel/chatting knitting.
